For 2017, I created a bucket list of things I’ve been dreaming to do and some things I even thought were unreachable.

One of those things was to shoot an engagement session in Savannah, Georgia.

When I lived in Beaufort, SC, Savannah was only about a thirty minute ride from me. Now it’s a bit further, since moving home to South GA, but I hope to continue booking sessions and even weddings here! The city is so romantic, old fashioned but yet modern, and an amazing setting for pictures. Some of the streets are bustling with tourists but when you get on some of the backroads, it’s peaceful and quiet.

Vanessa + Blake met each other while they were both on vacation in St. Augustine with their families. They were at a winery and Vanessa spotted Blake, pointed him out to her Mother and said “thats my future husband.” And, was she right!

Vanessa + Blake, y’all were a dream to work with. Vanessa is all about the details which as a wedding photographer, I can appreciate. Enjoy some of my favorites from their session!

We started their session at The Paris Market in downtown Savannah. Such a unique place! I love when couples think out of the norm for their engagement session!

Blake kept us laughing the whole time.
