I’ve known Eden for awhile. We graduated from the high school but weren’t in the same class. I didn’t know much about her, other than I always thought she was strikingly beautiful. When she emailed me asking if I was interested in shooting her wedding, I was floored. Then she sent me the venue, and my jaw dropped even further. I remember where I was when I googled the venue. I was in awe. Immediately, I turned to snap chat to show all of my closest friends the gorgeous venue I’d just booked a wedding at! Their thoughts were similar to mine, it was dreamy! Old plantation home with huge oak trees, vines growing over pergolas, and tons of brick. (Over 30,000 to be exact)
I spoke with the owner about the property and he was telling me all about it’s history. A doctor back in the 1940’s gave his daughter away to be married under the same arch-way that Eden + Kolby were married under. They’ve done a lot of work on the place and it’s easily noticed how much they care about it.
Eden + Kolby are such a free-spirited, easy-going, and loving couple. Eden is sassy, gorgeous, and so sweet! Kolby is laid back, relaxed and a go with the flow type of groom.
Eden & Kolby, I wish y’all a lifetime of happiness and I can’t wait to follow yalls journey through married life!
Beer run before we started wedding party portraits. Thanks GQ!
A little behind the scenes of me trying to give direction and Zac doing…well I’m not real sure what he was doing. Ha!
